BID Renewal Ballot
The current five year term for BID Leamington comes to an end in June 2023. As such we are currently asking businesses to vote in a BID Renewal Ballot for a further five year term, starting on 1st July 2023. We have undertaken extensive consultation with the business community and developed a business plan for 2023 – 2028 and businesses will have the opportunity to vote in a ballot from 2nd March. All ballot papers must be returned by 5pm 30th March in order to be counted.
The BID provides exceptionally good value through essential services and support to the business community, ensuring that the business voice is heard in upcoming developments within the town, bringing popular and renowned events to increase footfall, organises leading marketing and promotion for the town and its businesses and is focussed purely on ensuring Leamington Spa maximises every opportunity during these challenging times.
We encourage our businesses to vote Yes from 2nd March for the continuation of BID Leamington.
Full details of our achievements to date, plans for the future and regulations around the ballot can be found here along with a detailed Q & A page.

A Quick Summary – Stronger Together
The new Business Plan 2023-2028 will result in a collective investment of over £1.8 million to support local businesses and our town centre. This includes revenue generated by BID Leamington which typically contributes an additional 20-30% annually.
We know that many face significant challenges and our town centre is changing, however, we know that we are stronger together, and with a YES vote, there is much to gain. Equally, as set out in this summary document, there is a great deal to lose – so please join us in supporting our town centre to be a place we are proud of, where businesses thrive.
